About Me
I'm a leadership coach and strategic operations leader with 17 years of experience building high-performing teams, improving performance, and developing leaders in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
Throughout my career, I've worked across operations, customer success, and leadership roles, leading teams, managing complex systems, and driving measurable business outcomes. I've always been drawn to solving problems at the root, turning complexity into clear, structured solutions that actually work in the real world.
But more than anything, my work has always been about people.
I've spent years developing managers, strengthening accountability, and helping individuals grow into confident, capable leaders. I've seen firsthand what happens when high performers are promoted into leadership without the right support and how quickly things can change when they're given the right tools and guidance.
That's why I started Rise & Lead.
I help emerging and mid-level managers who feel the pressure of leadership but don't yet feel fully confident in their role. My focus is practical and results-driven; we work on real challenges you're facing right now, not theory.
